Customer Reviews Elite Lawns Essex
“I contacted Matt Davies who runs Elite Lawns Essex in February this year as I had issues with a previous lawn maintenance provider. The lawn was in sorry state but Matt assessed it offering reassurance that with the correct course of action/treatment it could be salvaged. Now 6 months on it has, with the correct treatment, returned to its former glory. I am, needless to say, delighted and would highly recommend Elite Lawns Essex should you wish to enjoy the benefits of an excellent service which will in turn give great results!”

“To say we have been impressed with Matt would be an understatement. From our first contact, through to a full lawn evaluation and quotation Matt has provided clear guidance and expertise all of the way. Our lawn was beyond repair and so Matt recommended removal of the existing lawn and replacement with new turf. Communication in the lead-up to the actual work was very clear and Matt took care of all logistics including equipment hire, purchase and delivery of turf, watering accessories and removal of all waste. The new lawn looks fantastic, a real testament to Matt’s professionalism and know-how. We look forward to continuing to work with Matt in future as he provides lawn support through his ongoing maintenance plan.
We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Matt at Elite Lawns Essex.”

Lawn Care Essex FAQ
Is my lawn beyond repair?
When will I see the improvement in my lawn?
The effects of some treatments can be seen within several weeks. While other treatments such as aeration, will not be seen but will maintain and improve your soil, which is crucial to the health of your lawn.
Typically, most lawns will begin to improve overall during the first 6-12 months of treatments from a maintenance plan.
Some lawns may require more continual improvement depending on factors and conditions. All maintenance plans are tailored accordingly.
Does Elite Lawns Essex have the relevant certificates to do the job?
Yes, we are qualified with the relevant spraying licences to apply selective herbicides, pesticides and fungicides.
Matt is also qualified to Level 3 in Sports Turf Maintenance which was completed at Writtle University College, Essex. This has given him a thorough understanding in soils, turf and managing them effectively to a high standard.
Do I have to commit to a contract?
No, you pay a rolling monthly fee for our maintenance programmes, which you can end at any time. The best lawns are a result of continual maintenance, which is why we are sure when you start seeing the results you will see better value for money, as the quality of your lawn will keep improving over time.
Do I need to be home whilst the treatment is taking place?
No, we will contact you before your scheduled treatment, and as long as you can leave us access to your lawn, we are happy to work without you being at home. We will ensure all gates and access points are locked before we leave.
